First Desires aka Premiers Désirs (1984) - Three girls decided to leave the camp on the beach and move to the island. But in the way to overtaking the storm, the boat flips, and one of the girls probably would have drowned if not for a stranger came to the rescue in time. When she awakes, she begins to seek their savior.
